Not upto Hilton grade. 1. One of the most basic breakfast (nothing hot, not even basic breads are there (bagels are offered.) No omelette no sausage nothing! 2. None of the staff smiled when giving service at front desk. We have to extend stay and we decided to book another hilton as we did not like the vibe in this one. Service was inconsistent: one staff will give you complimentary water bottle (thanks!) but other will say buy from the in-hotel fridge… 2. Pool is, dirty. Whatever the hotel says in reply to this review: I repeat- it should be cleaned better (though open pool can be expected to have some dry leaves etc, it’s the greenish moldy looking stuff at bottom that was awful.)

At check in, the front desk could not find my reservation. The hotel was fully booked so we were told to contact hotels.com to sort out what went wrong. After waiting an hour they finally got us a room, but it was not the room we booked. It was a room right next to the elevator, which was noisy all night. I would not stay at this property again

For a smaller hotel it was nice and clean, friendly, breakfast was a little on the lighter offering side, but it was still good. Mostly just cereal and bagels. The rooms were clean and beds were cozy. Water was luke warm for shower temp not hot. Windows opened which I didn’t like for safety and kids. But all around good for the price..friendly service and quick.

Hotel needs a facelift and a better effort in cleaning the rooms. Hairs still in shower, sinks, toilet. Toilet not flushing well at all. Overall poor smelling throughout the interior of the hotel. I will not be returning.
