I had many unexpected charges upon arrival. My room was not ready until an hour and a half AFTER check-in time! The rooms smelled and felt damp and musty. There were roaches everywhere! We slept with the lights on! The way they fixed this for me was to “refund” the unexpected parking fee they charge per night, which I still haven’t received! Also haven’t been refunded the refundable deposit I had to make upon arrival! This place is TERRIBLY GROSS! Will never return as they are not even accommodating to their issues!

This hotel shall be rate 3 stars max, not 4. As per expedia, they will provide transportation to Universal studio but is not. I bought the package with breakfast included but the front desk said I didn't have. I showed them the confrmation email and they still ddin't accept. They wanted me to contact Expedia myself and have Expedia to call them, I finally did. The house keeper did not replace shampoo and body lotion. Also during the check out, they still charged my breakfast cost until I requested them to remove. Finally, when I reviewed my credir card charge, they still charged me full deposit credit, not real cost (which is lower), I have to contest it through my credit card bank. This is a terrible hotel, don't go!

We had a problem there we did the reservation through Expedia and went to the hotel at night we found that the hotel is overbooked so we wait about more than 2 hrs. And we got lucky that we got room and there is punch of people behind us they transferred to another hotel Which was non convenient

The property has a parking fee and resort fee that were both undisclosed as well as not told when they were explaining they would return the entire amount charged on my credit card as a charge for incidentals only. The front desk staff at check in was not friendly. Rooms were ok however bathroom door did not fully close, very thin sheets that felt just like a top sheet. All that plus no free breakfast. No reason to stay here with all the choices you have around. Overall wouldn’t stay here again
