Pre-cruise stay!

Hotel was very nice and comfortable. Very close to airport and tons of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Hotel staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. Shuttle service was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

Bad customer service

I chose this hotel for the airport shuttle only to be on hold for 20 min at midnight trying to let them know we had arrived. I had called to remind them we were coming in late and called like they said when we got our luggage. Then I was told it was going to be an hour wait or I needed to get an uber. I waited because I specifically booked this hotel for the shuttle, and I was not paying more money to get a ride to the hotel.

It was fine for the price but the bathroom was tight and the shower head did not have great pressure. The room itself was decent, and the large screen TV was great, but I didn't realize that they don't clean the rooms every day anymore. I thought it was a Covid thing, but apparently it's the standard policy now. It was nice they had a shuttle pick up to and from the airport, but it doesn't take you to nearby restaurants, which would have helped since I didnt have a rental car.

We stayed here for one night and enjoyed everything about this property. The lobby was inviting, the front desk staff was top notch, the room was large and clean, and there are several restaurants within a very short walking distance. The neighborhood felt safe to roam around on foot. The airport shuttle was very convenient and easy to book. We would definitely stay here again!

Beds were uncomfortable and made an indescribable noise when you turned over or got out of the bed. My husband noticed his pillows had a body odor. There was considerable traffic noise as well as elevator noise.
