A la llegada el Staff no me puso cerca del grupo. Me envio al otro edificio incluso pidiendole que por favor me pusiera cerca de mis amigos. La habitacion estaba sucia, la alfombra en muy malas condiciones. Llegamos todos enfermos con virus respiratorios. El aire acondicionado al parecer estaba sucio. Otros miembros de equipo tambien llegaron enfermos. Muy alto el precio para una propiedad en tan malas condiciones. El Staff del bar de la piscina EXCELENTE. Muy amables y atentos. Lo mejor del hotel fueron esos muchahos. Gracias.

The hotel staff actually deserved the highest rating for their friendliness and going above and beyond to answer questions and be pleasant. There was no hemming and hawing for the small things. The staff made an average hotel a very excellent stay.

I recommend!!

We were very kindly cared for by Victoria and her coworkers when we encountered some discouraging circumstances from a third party not connected with the hotel (not Hotels.com). She was SO helpful and understanding. We would stay again!! We loved the layout of our room and towels and coffee were supplied consistently and everything refreshed as needed. Comfy bed. Location was great…very near Disney and many restaurants etc. All the staff were respectful there.

Nice distance to Disney and city life

Usually I get a room with a view and balcony, but this time I didn't. However, after telling the manager about it, they were fast to change my room so I got a new room with a balcony. So the service is good. Else the hotel is good because it is in a good location close to disney and shopping options and the area is safe and the hotel is standard but sometimes with a good view over the are if you end up on the 8th floor.
