My only complaints are… The water pressure is the room was horrible. Also the lighting was maybe wired wrong. Example, the kitchen lights only turn on by the switches by the entrance not by the ones in the kitchen.

The hotel and rooms were very clean and the staff was wonderful. We had everything we needed. However, although the lobby bar was advertised in the elevators, it was not yet open due to licensing issues. It wasn’t a big issue…just disappointing.

Nice, clean hotel close to Universal Studios. Rooms were quite spacious with a separate kitchen and hall, almost like a mini-apartment! The hotel had a good quality free breakfast. I would recommend this hotel for families visiting Universal Studios.

We had a an excellent stay at this gem of the hotel. The room was very clean and room service was done everyday. Breakfast area was clean they provided a free shuttle to the parks as well.

Great economical choice, with a warning.

A great economical choice with above average breakfast. As of the date of this review, they have free (gratuity recommended) shuttles to area theme parks that are very convenient, run by Crown City shuttles, but be warned that you need to confirm actively to be picked up if you desire a return trip. We didn't, and were stranded at the theme park for the evening and had to scramble for a ride share service.

Amazing customer service from the front Desk, the young lady who checked me in remembered I mentioned I forgot to pack a toothbrush and had it delivered to my room while I stepped out for dinner. Great valet and security staff. Great selection of breakfast and an excellent room accommodations.
