Beds and pillows were comfortable. Room and common areas were clean. Just an older hotel that doesn’t have much updating. But nothing broke. Convenient to gas stations, grocery store and a number of eateries. Always felt safe in hotel but would not walk neighborhood after dusk. Breakfast decent enough variety and they kept everything filled and clean. Overall happy would stay again

I went to check in and they tried to give me a one bedroom and I paid for two queens Marie lied to me. She said we have no more availability at the front desk. I said you better get your manager on the phone cause I have family coming in. She’s like I’ll contact her and we left. I said you know what we’re not gonna deal with this right now we’re going to an event and the room wasn’t ready when I asked Maria who works at the front desk if she had my room with two queen beds she said there’s no availability I had to contact hotels.com While I was at a special event and missed 30 minutes of the event because they did not have my room ready.

Found roaches in the bathroom. Definitely has years on the hotel. Carpet felt damped, TV staticky, Phone doesn’t work, bathroom surface was clean but edges are molded and hasn’t cleaned deeply for ages, Mattress springs are definitely done. I guess it’s what you paid for. Unfortunately, the rooms are all booked so we had no choice but to stay in the roach room for the night. Manager was nice but considering the conditioned of the room, the full price pay was ridiculous.

For any events within a 5 mile radius, this hotel is a good budget option. Beds and linens are clean, bathroom is clean, free breakfast (but same menu everyday). Good parking. I will stay in this hotel again if needed.

Staff is awesome and incredibly helpful, would stay here again just because of them! Hotel itself is a little rough around the edges and needs more upkeep for things like bathroom caulk, chipped drywall and such. But for a place to sleep, it's just what you need.

Accommodating I didn’t get in till very late in my room was available. everyone was nice. my room was clean, but my son was in a location where pipe head burst in the hall, smell horrible and they could not change his room until the last night of the trip.

Not fancy, but clean, well-maintained, convenient, with attentive staff. People who work there have a sense of care for the guests and pride in their work. Would definitely stay there again.
