I called on the same day my reservation started to inform them that I would be arriving late and that I needed the sofa bed to be set up and ready. When I arrived at midnight, it was not ready. I called the Housekeeping department and requested that they prepare the sofa bed, but they told me they did not provide that service and that I should make the bed myself. I told them that was strange, considering it’s a hotel chain and a resort, and they then told me they would send someone to do it.
When the Housekeeping staff member arrived, she didn’t say a word and did the job reluctantly. I practically had to hand her everything so she would make the sofa bed.
Another thing is that, at the time of check-in, they told me that if I got the towels dirty and requested a new one, they would charge me, the same as if I dirtied the bed sheets. They told me I had to wash them myself in my room, to which I replied to the front desk clerk that if he wanted, he could send me his uniform and the housekeeping uniforms and I would wash those for them as well. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
