Customer service was excellent from the moment we arrived. Check in was smooth, efficient, and completely hassle free, which set a great tone for our stay. The Hôtel itself is good, Vivian at the desk is fantastic. But twice during my week long stay my room was not cleaned. One morning I left my room, saw the cleaning lady, said good morning and told her my room was free but when I returned that evening it was not cleaned. For this to happen once in a week is unfortunate but for it to happen twice indicates a clear lack of quality in the procedures in the Hôtel. The manager should take responsibility and should make a change in the procedures so that this does not happen again. It really is just not acceptable.
