Walt Disney World Dolphin offers 1509 air-conditioned accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors, and features laptop-compatible safes and complimentary bottles of water. Pillowtop beds feature down duvets and premium bedding. 49-inch flat-screen televisions come with premium satellite channels and pay-per-view films. Bathrooms include bathrobes, complimentary toiletries and hairdryers.

I normally loved stay here but this time around was terrible. I booked 2 rooms. 1. Rooms were not available at time of check in. 2. One of the rooms the AC was broken. Had to blast the Ac from 1 room to cool the other room and use stroller fans to cool 3 the other room the bathroom was dirty, sheets had mold. I reported everything the next day staff came to fix while we were at the park but they left the room with the ac dusty and when we got back Ac was still not working till i called again and they said it was the computer. Like what? The pool are was dirty and messy. Food containers and towels, and buckets of beer all aeound no one picking up the pool area. This was supposed to be a great birthday/easter celebration. All i got was a $50rei bursment for the inconvenience. Will not be staying here unless they comp me my next 2 room stay.

Love this hotel and all that it has to offer. Plus the boat transportation to the park my kids love it. Also you can walk to the board walk and enjoy time with the family. Eat pizza, ice cream and play some fair games. They also had an area at the board walk with a big screen playing a Disney movie with an artificial grass to sit with the kids. You can also walk to Epcot for food and wine festival. Which is going to be our next adventure. Love the hotel in general. This time we enjoyed the pools it had to offer.

We do love the Swan & Dolphin and its proximity to the parks. Things we dislike are the resort fees that they tack on. We would prefer they just include it in the price. We also had three people in our room and find double beds very uncomfortable for two to share. I think all rooms should at least have two queen size beds for multiple people. Otherwise, we were happy with out stay.
