Not a Terrible stay, good customer service

The coffee pot was broke, we emailed about it and received a new one within a a few hours. The listing says water park access but you don’t get water park access. The dryer was broken and unable to be fixed during our stay. The company is very attentive to needs. I brought up something’s in the house that probably need evaluated and they said things need to be addressed at the beginning on the stay. (Things like the fridge seal not being great, broken can opener, broken pool chairs ) make sure to check as much as you can the first day you get there and let them know of anything. We did get our full deposit back which was great

Das erste und letzte Mal in dieser Unterkunft. 6 Tage (gesamte Zeit) kein warmes Wasser. Unsere Frauen mit langen Haaren konnten sich 6Tage nicht die Haare waschen. Das Haus war zudem nicht richtig sauber. Wie auch wenn das Putzen mit kalten Wasser durchgeführt wurde. Aus dem Haushaltsraum, zu dem wir kein Zutritt hatten, kam ein immer wiederkehrendes Piepen was im Zimmer nebenan zu unruhigen Nächten geführt hatte. Unsere Mails an dem Vermieter zu dem kalten Wasser wurde zwar beantwortet jedoch haben sie nichts gebracht. Schließlich wurde ein von uns getätigtes Telefonat (17 €) seitens Vermieter genervt und ohne Ankündigung abrupt beendet.
