Rooms were nice and spacious. Hotel was really modern and clean. Common areas were well kept. Staff was very helpful. The only con is that the rooms are not soundproof at all, you can hear people in the hall as well as the people above you. Overall would stay here again, the hotel was next to a train station and was in walking distance to many of Osama's hotspots.

Clean, spacious (a premium in Japan) rooms. Central to many of the main tourist attractions. 15 min walk to Dotonbori and 1-2 blocks away from the Metro. Very satisfied with our stay.

Breakfast was good. So was the dinner restaurant. Lovely food. Great to have a restaurant there and not have to go out but . Good eating places near. Osaka castle not far. worth visit. The entrance was a bit unconventional; hotel in an office building. shower in room with bath. ie not over bath. Safer if disabled.

I like this hotel is taking the upper floors of the whole building for the hotel rooms. It gives a better view of the city and away from the street level noise.
