We spent the night here while traveling Home. Nothing Fancy and a bit Small. But we were comfortable and slept well . An older Property but well maintained. Everything worked. Good stay for the Price.

Let me start off by saying I cannot give enough stars for the Evergreen Inn. The property is located near food and shopping facilities, and has Wi-Fi for guests.The staff is super friendly and helpful. The room though small looks well maintained, and wonderfully decorated, and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. This is definitely where I will be staying every time I pass through from now on.

My 5 star review is based entirely on customer service. We had reserved a room but we're called on check-in day to explain that our room had a problem and was unavailable. Further, they were completely booked. They asked if we would mind if we arranged a stay at another in town facility at their cost to cover our inconvenience. We agreed, we were happy with the alternate site and we will try again to use the Evergreen on our next stay.

This place is off the charts bad,, it's very very old, and way outdated. Not as represented in the pictures at all. We could not stay in the room, it was very mold smelling, very very old and outdated. We did not stay in the room at all, we went down the road and purchased a room at the Quality Inn for the two night stay in Oceola. I recommend Expedia drop this place from your site it really bad and creepy.
