Wonderful location lovely room. Good air conditioning which being an American I appreciated. Only comment would be that our room faced a courtyard which was a nightclub with music. Nice music, but did not allow us to go to sleep before 11 when it stopped. Otherwise all excellent.

Glad I chose this place

Everything was excellent, centrally located, clean, convenient and above all great staff. I was able to have an item forgotten in the room delivered to a friend staying at a different hotel. I communicated from the airplane with the details and they went above and beyond to make it happen. Great customer service is what really sets you apart from the rest, thank you.

The rooms were excellent! They are modern and roomy. The breakfast was so scrumptious. The staff were so helpful. I had a suitcase that didn’t make the flight. The staff contacted personnel they knew and were able to see that my suitcase was returned.

Wonderful property - I’d recommend getting the one unit that is on the 7th floor - if you are able to lug your luggage the one floor from the 6th floor elevator’s last stop to the 7th - it’s a beautiful new unit. The area is right where you want to be - very near everything but not crazy loud at night.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of all major sights. However, it feels more like a B&B than a traditional hotel. The reception is staffed only during check-ins or is on-call, which may not be ideal for all guests. Additionally, there isn’t much of a common area to relax in. The surrounding neighborhood is somewhat littered, but it offers plenty of local shopping and dining options. Inside the room, I found it to be larger than the typical European hotel room and very clean. However, there was an old, musty smell that detracted from the experience. The amenities are quite basic, and I noticed the absence of facial tissues. Another point to consider is the noise from nearby bars and restaurants, which can last until about 2 AM, potentially disrupting your sleep. The Expedia VIP got a bottle of wine which is always a huge plus.
