The room had a loose toilet seat and wood screws through the desktop. A mat outside the door that had been glued down was removed except for the glue that had held it there. The fridge was "kind of cold" and teetered on three legs. The pillows were a joke. The coffee (in the lobby) was good, but the rooms and property seemed run down.

This place is worn out. Tacky and very odd. The grounds were sloppy and nothing on the grounds was taken care of. It was the only place available in the location I needed when the whole town was booked for Modernism week. Wouldn't stay there again. It was however very clean

Great value for the price. Safe, clean, great view of the mountains, on site free parking, easy walk to restaurants and Las Palmas neighborhood. 5 minutes drive to Arenas area. Very friendly and helpful staff.Down side is no coffe maker or microwave in the room.

Great hotel

Very easy to make a reservation online, we arrived before check in time and was allowed to check in early. Room was clean and comfortable along with the grounds. Wife and I were there celebrating our anniversary, and an employee gave us a complimentary bottle wine to help us celebrate. We will return soon.

The room was clean, bathtub and tub were outdated. No blowdryer or iron were provided only per request at front desk. TVs are small and do not have any apps just cable tv so take a streaming stick if needed. Lights are also automatic.
