The place was meticulously managed, down to the last detail, and the staff wore smart uniforms, providing thorough established service. It is a hotel where you can relax to your heart's content. Also, located in the old downtown, there are plenty of enjoyable shops within the charming old town, so you can have a great time just around the hotel. The rooftop pool is quiet and offers delicious meals, allowing you to unwind and take it easy throughout the day. Highly recommending this hotel to all. Also, Spa (massage), YOU MUST have it.... thats amazing....

The El Lorenc has been described as best hotel, with best old town pool, in Palma Mallorca for good reason. A boutique luxe hideaway, across from the water, nestled into surrounding old town Moorish architecture, sets you up for daily magical walks past the palace and cathedral to return to this retreat. Relaxed perfection, between the beautiful well appointed rooms, serenity of the lovely spa including indoor pool, sauna and steam, full stocked bathroom amenities, forever memorable rooftop drinks by highly skilled bartenders, surprise little touches like chocolates at night, and top notch highly accountable service. I could and should name all concierge for their constant advice and assistance but will flag Johana (which I’m hopefully spelling correctly) for reading my mind and knowing exactly the sort of full day step by step itinerary to recommend for magical outdoor exploration of caves, coves and mountain towns tailored to my personal needs. To be clear all concierge were great, professional, pleasant, responsive and accountable. It came to feel like home and I would recommend with no hesitation to travelers with taste.

Fabulous hotel. Stayed in May for a few days but wish we’d stayed for longer. Friendly welcoming staff. Lovely comfortable bedroom and luxury bathroom. Rooftop pool with views of Palma bay. Nice cafe on rooftop, food was delicious. Breakfast was equally appealing. Location next to Cathedral, great base for walking into Old Town or easy to walk to Portixol along the coast (a fishing village which has some lovely sea front cafes). Would definitely stay at El Llorenc again.

Wonderful stay. Well designed and nicely decorated hotel close to the Cathedral in Palma. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooftop area. Good food. Gym is very small but functional. Very happy.

The hotel is in a great location and the views from the pool are fantastic. The only criticism is the breakfast, sometimes you only wanted something small but you had to pay for the full buffet which was 30-35 euros each.

Lovely hotel but the staff make it special.

The trip was a birthday surprise for myself and the hotel couldn’t do enough. Unfortunately we couldn’t get into the hotel restaurant on the Friday night and the attempted to set us up in the bar which really wasn’t the correct ambiance, but they quickly rectified it by arranging a lovely restaurant close by and gave us a couple of free drinks. Overall the service was excellent will definitely return.

Location is ok. Amenities are not good. Theres a sewer smell. Pool is very small. Service is minimal. Theres almost no room service. They treat the guests in the restaurant better than the hotel guests. I would not come back. Definitely not a 5 star hotel.

Great location. Easy and beautiful walk to centre. Helpful and friendly staff. Room/bathroom very small but nicely furbished and decorated. Great for a short stay. Housekeeping rather inconsistent in checking coffee/tea supplies and fridge contents. Chocolates left on bed some nights, not others. Didnt eat at the hotel restaurant but it looked very nice. Swimming pool/sauna and steam area small but adequate and attractively laid out. Would recommend staying.
