1 Nacht vor Rückflug

Wir waren eine Nacht hier , es war sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich, nur einpaar Schritte zum Strand und zur Strandpromenade, Essen hatten wir nicht gebucht, da wir morgens früh zurückgeflogen sind. Aber das Hotel macht einen sehr guten Eindruck.

The Hotel was fine. Modern, clean. It is in a good location. The reception staff were extremely rude and arrogant towards me because I requested a cup of tea. I wanted to pay for the tea but was greeted with arrogant behaviour and unfortunately we ended up having a full scale row. Yes because I requested a cup of tea. You can see from this that there are no drinks facilities in the rooms. Eventually this was rectified and they went above and beyond to compensate but the whole incident was so unnecessary and very upsetting for me. Due to this I would not return.
