Tule nauttimaan perheloma elämästäsi tässä 2 makuuhuoneen, 2 kylpyhuoneen osakehuoneistossa yhdessä Sterlingin uusimmista ja parhaista Persianlahden rannikon kehityksistä, Splash Resortissa Panama City Beachissä, Floridassa. Yksikkömme on 2. kerroksessa ja näkymät yhdelle Floridan parhaimmista rannoista.

Äiti ja isä voivat nauttia kahdesta lämmitetystä aikuisten uima-altaasta, joissa on poreallas, uima-altaan baari ja grilli tai 1500 neliöjalkaa kuntokeskusta, josta on näkymät uima-altaille ja lahdelle, kun taas lapset ovat kiireisiä tekemällä asioitaan Lazy-joessa, vesiliukumäet ja suihkut leluja tai pelihuone ja video-arcade minikeilahalli.

Koko perhe voi rentoutua ja nauttia sukellus-elokuvasta. Ja tietysti siellä on mailia pehmeää valkoista hiekkarantaa, jossa on ranta- ja sateenvarjovuokrauksia, vesiskodeja ja purjelautailua. Jokaiseen vuokraan sisältyy BEACH PAKETTI ... tähän sisältyy 2 kiesit-tuolia ja sateenvarjo, aivan vesialueella!

Yksikkömme on sisustettu ammattimaisesti, ja se tarjoaa King Master -sviitin. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksinkertainen koko kerrossänky, jossa on kaksi vyöryä alla. Siellä on myös kuningatar vuodesohva isomman perheen majoitukseen. Yksikkömme nukkuvat mukavasti 6-8, ja se on varustettu kaikella, mitä tarvitset rentouttavalle lomalle kotisi poissa kotoa.

We enjoyed our stay in this rental! It was very well stocked and was in a great location! Parking was easy! We never had trouble getting an elevator, but I loved that we were on the second floor so we could also use the stairs when we wanted. The unit and the furniture felt clean. Our one year old could open the front door, so I was very thankful that the owners have an optional door chime/alarm installed. The window in the kid’s room faces the hallway which has a bright light on all night. Next time, I would bring our blackout suction cup shade because our toddler kept waking up between 3-5am thinking it was morning.

Great property! Clean and perfect for our family of 4. Our kids loved that the bunk bed was a bigger bed for the bottom bunk. Ocean view was great! Huge master bed and bath. Was wonderful to have the beach service included! Also being on the 2nd floor (which was really like being in the 4th floor) was great because we used the stairs a lot due to the long lines for the elevators. 5 stars!

Great clean rental close proximity to beach with great amenities for the whole family. Very well furnished and stocked with all necessities in kitchen. Only suggestion is to add a full length mirror one one of the doors for the ladies. We would definitely stay again

Wonderful location

The unit was much larger than we anticipated! We appreciated the lack of knick-knack decor items as we had a toddler and an infant who could have easily made a mess of those things. The high chair in the closet was nice to have on hand! Our favorite thing about the place was the blackout curtains in both the master bedroom and living room. I cannot express our appreciation for this (coming from a mom who needs needs darkness during nap time for the kids).The location was absolutely perfect for a family with children: just a few flights of stairs to the ground level that our toddler easily did. We only had to use the elevators during check-in and check-out. The beach was a bit busy at all hours of the day, but we were able to find a spot to play and hang out when we needed. There wasn't really a difference between high/low tide if you're used to the ocean, but the water was clear and warm in late May. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony throughout our stay.If you're a person who exercises, the fitness center was not always open at the hours posted and did not have good air conditioning, but this has more to do with the resort than the unit. We were very pleased with our stay!

Great Spring Break!

We traveled from VA to Panama City for our kids (ages 4 and 6) spring break. The condo was perfectly as described. The pictures in the listing actually do not do the unit justice. It is very nice and spacious. The unit was very clean. Everything was perfect for our arrival. We arrived a little earlier than scheduled, but we used the pool and splash pad until the unit was ready for check in. The entire facility was clean and the staff was very friendly. The kids really enjoyed the pool and splash pad area. The beach was clean and the chair service was great! One bit of advice, you reserve the beach chairs for your entire stay. You use the same chairs. So, on your first day, go early to reserve chairs on the front row. Our only complaint was from the guests above. For three nights, what sounded like 300 pound elephants were stomping around from 11:30 PM through the rest of the night. This was not the fault of the owner, obviously. Just something to be aware of. All in all we had a great trip even though the double red flags were flying for 3 of our 6 days there. Vince was very responsive to the very few questions we had.

Definitely recommend. I gave it a 4 for cleanliness. After discussing with owner, it was resolved. I gave it a 4 when I booked a stay because the some pictures need to be updated with some different furniture. However, there was nothing wrong with the new furniture.

Amazing views and perfect place for peaceful vacation

We absolutely loved our stay. Home was clean. Finding it was fairly simple. It rained our second day so the parking garage and enclosed walk to the resort was perfect touch. We opted to make dinner in. The kitchen was very well stocked . The balcony view of sunset was amazing. We will return and will definitely keep booking this specific place. The owner checked in to make sure we needed nothing and was very communicated with us.

Fall break fun

Cleanliness was good, we arrived a little after 4 cleaning lady was still there but didn’t take much longer. There was a light out which she reported and it was fixed the next day. The property is easy to get to and very clean. Lots of room for our family of 6. Felt safe for my teenager to have a smidge of freedom. My only small complaint is that there are only two elevators and it takes forever. Thankfully we used the stairs a lot to get to this second floor unit (we had family in a 12th floor room so we did have to utilize the elevators some) overall we loved our stay and would definitely stay again. Also we loved the beach chair services included!

The property was everything plus some. The king bed was super comfy and we slept just as good as if we were at our own home. The condo was fully stocked with things you need in the kitchen. The owner sent information prior to our arrival as noted in the rental. We’ll definitely rent this unit again it was perfect for our family.

Excellent family friendly atmosphere

This condo was excellent and provided us with a great stay. This is our second year in a row at Splash and we really enjoy it. Our toddler loves the splash pad and the condo is conveniently located right on the beach with chairs and an umbrella. It’s pretty hard to beat the convenience of being so close while also having all of the amenities this place provides. Unfortunately our last two days were double red flag which coincidentally was the best two days we had for weather as well but we still enjoyed the beach and pool. We will be back again next year!

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay! The room was very nice and clean! The second floor location is perfect, quick walk up the stairs if the elevators are busy. Hope to come back again!

This place needs more elevators. That is the major issue. Very long waits! And the lazy river is super lazy it doesn't move at all. Those are my only 2 minor complaints. The beach is great, the room was nice! The food at both restaurants at the resort is very good. Would probably stay again.

Christmas Vacation

Fantastic condo in a fantastic location! 😍Condo was beautiful, clean and right on the water. It was just as the owner descibed and had fun beach toys for my kids to enjoy! One thing I wasn't prepared for was for some of the condo amenities (coffee shop, pool bar and restaurant) to not be open due to off-season rental. So we had to always drive somewhere to get food and drinks. And since we arrived Christmas Eve, I didnt realize that there would be NO stores open (even big box stores) for the next two days... so we had to make due with gas station purchases. Totally NOT the owners fault... I will just be better prepared next time! (Maybe you could keep just a little coffee on hand for us morning zombies who havent had a chance to make it to the store!😂) But absolutely loved our stay!!! And would DEFINITELY stay here again!!
