This property's location is perfect! Myself and my family all enjoyed our stay. The view is incredible! The pool, bar and beachfront area were great. You have to pay additional for parking, which I feel, that if you are staying at the Hotel, you should not have to pay an additional parking fee. The staff were all wonderful, including the separate staff that managed the beach area for chair/umbrella rentals. The rooms are on the smaller side but still ok and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful hotel, only complaint is the showers leak REALLY bad which has potential for a slipping issue. And the Restaurant inside the hotel has awful service! Other than that the staff were amazing. Our rooms were just like the photos. Pool/hot tub was fantastic. Would 100% recommend.

staff and accommodation was fine but procedures required too much effort and time. Dining was on a strict schedule and coffee, and snacks wer available from third parties. Expected more from a $250 a night stay. Had not planned to go out to have a drink and dinner.

Breakfast was fair,customer service was terrible, room was dirty, hotel was dirty, had to wait to check in bc room was not clean,had to call front desk to have room clean after check in and wait. Room smelled like smoke , and trash under beds shower amenities were cheap and nasty. My wife and i stayed after first opening it was great then. The quality of service has decreased to 1 star. We will not stay here again. Charged for parking . Went from 5star to 2.5 star. Truly a disappointment! No value just a flat rip off!

The girl working the coffee shop was very rude. She said she was too busy for me to even order a cup of coffee and she couldnt tell me how long until she could take my order. I am happy to wait...but id like a general idea of how long would i need to wait for just a coffee. The room itself was fine.
