We enjoyed our stay! Pool was nice and was easy to get to the ocean. Parking was easy and the breakfast was good. Housekeeping kept us in clean towels and the hotel was clean. All in all a great place to stay!

Property and rooms were excellent. Housekeeping did great! The breakfast was great! The dining and bar staff need to respect all their customers. I was not treated as a valued customer when I ordered my evening meal but everything else was great!

The hotel is in a good location. We were able to walk to places to eat. The beach area is nice. The thing I found disappointing was that with the name “Marriott” I expected a 5 star experience. What we got was a 3.5 star experience. The hotel didn’t have daily room service. They only clean the rooms every third day. Apparently that goes for the hallways also. The room next to ours had a load of sand by their door for two days. The shower/tub had no rubber mat or grip strips. Thus once you used soap the shower became extremely slippery. The following morning we asked for a rubber mat for the shower. That was at 7:00am. At 3:00pm we had to ask again. Breakfast was what you would get at say a Holiday Inn Express. Just kind of meh. Lesson learned, Marriott in the name doesn’t mean Marriott. I would say that the hotel is good if you aren’t expecting a Marriott experience.

SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Panama City Beach is the perfect beachfront getaway! Clean, spacious rooms with stunning ocean views, a delicious complimentary breakfast, and a relaxing pool with a lazy river. The staff is friendly, and the location can’t be beat. Highly recommend for families or a romantic escape!

For the price it’s not worth it over all I guess it was a ok stay besides they put me in a handicap unit and I’m not handicap I was not ok with that I called to the front desk they said that’s all they had but I booked a king size suit

Not family friendly. They utilize selective enforcement of policies (no balls allowed in pool) yet at any given time there were several families playing with balls in the pool. Limited food options-pool side bar only offers food Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The other cafe has extended wait times of 1 hour plus to receive food.

This hotel is a 22 minute Uber ride form the ECB airport. Right on the beach and rooms were clean and nice. The 4th floor lobby was well done with bar and outside seating with splendid views!!

Google reviews more accurate than hotels.com reviews. Check in easy, Myesha was extremely nice and accommodating. Stay was decent. Hotel was overall decent, good breakfast. Pool was dirty by midday-evening, seemed like it was only cleaned once in the morning. Random DJ one day with annoying music, too loud and did not fit the atmosphere. Towel stations slow to be refilled, sometimes had to wait 30min to an hour for towels. Kids frequently in the hottub and we were unable to use most of the time. Bar closed early. Elevators slow at busy times, only 3 for the 14stories and frequently one of them was out of service. Room clean. Shower curtain dirty. Beach was nice. Easy access to beach from hotel. Harpoon Harry’s and hooters within 3-5min walk w/ good food. Had a good time, don’t know that I would stay at this hotel again. Biggest benefit was location and good breakfast.

Everything waa good the wall near the trash can was gross had something spilled all over the wall. The elevator system is absolutely the worst ive ever experienced.
