Cost effective option to stay close to the park! Room was a good size & great air-con during the summer months, which was a lifesaver. All round a great little hotel & beats paying 10x for a Disney hotel.

Room was wonderful and spacious; bonus was the heated drying rack. Very convenient to have bus stop right in front of property and only 20mins to Disney. The breakfast, that we prepaid for 3 ppl for 2 days, was terrible. The options were very very minimal, space was extremely tight and uncomfortable, didn’t allow us to take breakfast to room for son that was not feeling well, so we had to go to store next door and buy him breakfast.

we stayed two different times during our trip. first stay there was only one room booked for 6 instead of 10. I had to purchase another room. then the second stay we had single beds instead of doubles. poor book. what I thought I booked I did not get.

It took one hour and many tears to check in. They didn't believe I had a hotels.com reservation despite my showing it. I then paid a certain amount of euros that I'm not allowed to say for a late check out to do work calls and the maids came 5 times demanding I leave.

Amazing stay

From checking in to checking out our stay was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful always. The room was very well equipt and very clean. The only issue we had was with the attachment that held the shower head, this was only a very minor inconvenience.

A good stay for visiting Disneyland

We are a family in 4, 2 adults and 2 children aged between 10-11. The location of this hotel is good that a bus can access from train stations and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel. The room is comfortable with a small kitchen and a big shower room. The most important part is that the staff are very friendly and helpful. The staff, Ludwig, even helped me with the confirmation of my next stay in Paris was very much appreciated. It’s a hotel I do recommend if you are looking for a stay around Disneyland. The only thing that tourists need to concern is that either the hotel’s WiFi or self 5G doesn’t connect very well. If you need to access the internet for work during the stay, you may need to find a corner

We stayed two nights for Disney Paris. Good: location, there was a bus stop outside that got you to Disney in 15 minutes. Staff were lovely, we speak limited French and the staff were very sweet and accommodating. Beds were comfortable and the balcony was a plus. Bad: the walls are thin so you do hear a lot. There are no restaurants in walking distance. There are absolutely no bathroom extras, you get 1 bottle of shampoo/body wash. No lotion, condition not even a bar of hand soap to wash your hands. I would maybe stay again and just bring all the extras.

Not friendly. Great location.

Front desk staff could be a little bit more friendly and helpful. Asked for help on how to get to Disney and the guy refused to help. Same goes for the kitchen staff. Seems like they are bothered all the time. Once we figured it out how to get to Disney, the location is great. There is a local bus across the street that can take you.
