This condo complex is situated on the sugar-white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. This beautiful 3-bedroom penthouse features an open-concept layout, with updated furnishings throughout. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa, recliner and 3 comfortable swivel club chairs. There is also a large flat screen TV. The sliding glass doors in the living room open to your covered balcony, where you can sit and enjoy the splendor of the Gulf of Mexico right from your private beachfront balcony. Listen to the waves crash gently against the shore while you sip your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The views are truly spectacular!

We help make the most of your vacation by providing Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day of your stay—including the Lost Key, Soldiers Creek, and Glenlakes Golf Clubs, Tropical Falls Theme Park at OWA, Dolphin, Sunset and Nature Cruises! Our guests receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. Additional guests will pay full price. These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. For example, you may choose to go golf in the morning (one person is free) & then go on a dolphin cruise in the afternoon (one person is free) & then cap off the day at Tropical Falls Theme park (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to Tropical Falls Theme Park in the morning with the kids (one person is free) while your spouse goes to play golf (one person is free) & then meet that evening to go on a sunset cruise (one person is free). The kitchen has everything you will need to cook your meals, featuring a double door refrigerator, glass top stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher. The dining area is the perfect place for your family to gather for the delicious meals you will create. The dining table has room for 6 and there is seating for 3 at the breakfast bar.
At the end of your beach day rest and relax in one of the 3 bedrooms. The master offers beachfront balcony access, so you can wake up and look out over the magnificent turquoise waters and white sands from your comfortable king bed. The master bath has a soaking tub, walk-in shower and a double sink vanity. A guest bedroom features a queen bed, night stands and a flat screen TV. The guest bedroom also has an entry to the second bathroom with a tub/shower combo and single vanity sink. The guest bathroom is also accessible from the living room area. The third bedroom is a cozy bunk room with 2 twin beds and a TV.
