The property was clean. No weekend service. It’s very outdated. Bed was very soft and very low to the ground. I got what I paid for it was in a great area for all of what I needed to do in Perth. Yes I would stay there again.

The room was clean. The only downside is that the entrance key card only worked for the vehicle gate not the pedestrian gate, left the gate open for too long

GOOD VALUE ACCOMMODATION.

This trip was our first use of City Waters Perth, as I had always considered it unacceptable due to its appearance. However, this trip was urgent, and accommodation was needed. With low expectations, we checked in and found the staff to be friendly enough and informative. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything worked. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet making sleeping easy. I will look to stay there again.

Toilet and shower are running loudly and continuously. The room is spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful at late check in. Office opens at 10:30 in the morning too late to be helpful.
