Was quiet and cool in the heat. This time they gave us a smaller room than reserved with no microwave or refrigerator. Said it was because of our dog, didn’t have that issue the stay a few weeks earlier. Not as pet friendly as anticipated.

The front desk was unattended when I arrived. There was no sign indicating when an employee would return. When the employee returned 12 minutes after I arrived he was rude and unprofessional. When I got to my room it smelled like pet urin. I expressed my concern to the front desk and was treated with more unprofessionalism. I’ve stayed at over 100 hotels in my lifetime. This was amungst the top 3 worst experiences I’ve had.
