This is not a 4 star. This is a 2.5 star. If you book with that intention - you will be fine: - noisy road 2 lanes each way bus 5am-7pm - never really saw the golf course - we faced the parking lot - this hotel (not resort) is in suburbia - not out in the open - they sent us to a room with people in it already - instead of apologizing and finding us a new room - they were more interested in who was in the room - asked for more towels and shampoo - they did not send - asked for more coffee - they were out - tvs are no name - watching playoff football was pixelated and grainy. - room was spacious and decorated like the 1980s

I stayed here with family. Our suite was on the second floor and had a nice view. The staff were friendly and professional. It did not appear as high end as other resort locations however the rooms were large and clean. The resort was more laid back and family oriented. The golf course was also nice. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Our room, a studio had torn sheer curtains. Holes in the light shades. Three light switches didn’t do anything. Bed was okay. However, the bathroom was nice and clean. I think the grounds were beautiful. Enjoyed the hot tub and walked around.

It was very nice, but the mattress was a little broken down, the right sink wasn’t draining properly, and the plaster in the jucuzzi tub was peeling. Nothing fatal and would stay there again for the great price!

Room was clean. Not crazy about 2nd floor but it was fine. Staff was friendly but could have explained parking situation better (not enough room in their lot). The bathroom was updated and spacious. Great shower.

I have been going to this hotel every year for 4 years now. Rooms are always clean and staff are very helpful. Pool is kept clean and temperature is nice. Shuffle board courts and pickle ball court where nice to use.

Pictures need to be updated, older hotel, only fast food close by, no restaurants, the pond was smelly, golf course back up to property but no real resort amenities, rooms were ok bed was comfortable, old jetted tub in bathroom very loud, staff was pleasant and accommodating for a Westgate I expected more.

The rooms are very outdated, the television remote in the bedroom didn't work at all, the television remote in the living room struggled to function. The toilet wobbled when you sat on it and when you got up, like it was loose. The bathtub plaster or plastic material had all types of scrapes, horrible wear and tear, so didn't even attempt to make use of the jacuzzi tub.

Room was not ready at 430 and was very dissatisfied by 11 pm when we finally were able to check in. We left 30 min later and they still charged for one night. I do have to say tho the front office staff was very professional.
