Amazing staff. The guest service is among the best I've ever experienced. They were always smiling and ready to offer any assistance or provide tourist information. The room for four people was spacious enough and very well-equipped. It also has a terrace on the fifth floor with a lovely view of the Clérigos Tower. From that terrace, we were able to prepare our own New Year's Eve dinner and enjoy the fireworks.

The location is good. we stayed in a master suite with two bedrooms for 3 nights during the week of Thanksgiving. the last two nights the heat did not work and it was very cold we had to ask for extra blankets. they only provide a bottle of water the first day and only tiny bottles of shampoo but no conditioner. the bath towels are also very used.
