The hotel was in a great location, the staff were warm and friendly and the bedroom was lovely.Breakfasts were excellent. Although we ate out I had one meal at lunch and the food was very good.
Unfortunately the lift was being repaired during our stay and we were on the third floor up a steep series of steps. The lift when repaired was excellent

Enjoyed all aspects of our stay, good room size in the triple room with bathrooms in each; clean, comfortable with a modern feel but still keeping the authentic feel of the building. Staff were polite and informative throughout our stay, in all the reception, breakfast room and restaurant! The breakfast buffet was delicious and fresh every morning, constantly being topped up by staff. The staff in general are a credit to this hotel. Overall a fantastic stay in a great location, a bit of a steep walk from Charles Bridge however this didn’t bother us!

This property is amazing. Perched on top of the hill and at the foot of Prague Castle, it offers privacy as well as proximity to all key attractions. The service is fantastic and the restaurant is one of the best in Prague for Czech food. This is our second visit and we will return for sure!
