The room needed a thorough cleaning. The shower base of the glass was black. We never had hot water. We had a leaky sink which they fixed for us within minutes of telling them about it. Breakfast was acceptable. The front desks and servers at breakfast did a great job.

Overall experience was great. 2 minor issues were: the shower faucet position could not be adjusted, had to wedge it in one place. Also, the in-room safe didn't work. Otherwise a perfect location for our 1 night stay prior to homeward journey. Staff were very helpful.

The breakfast had scrambled eggs, refried beans and other options, along with three fruit options Every day, 3-4 juice options and coffee/tea available. The rooms were spacious and clean with room darkening curtains, the shower was great with hot water. They had a water filtration machine in the hallway along with an ice maker.. Great place with walkable areas to the Marina and grocery store.

Unfortunately i got a noisy room right at the highway side and was unable to change rooms. I normally stay at the Holiday Inn but decided to give the Comfort Inn a try. Holiday Inn has a 1pm checkout, Comfort Inn has 12pm. However on their site it says a late checkout is allowed. I had an upset stomach and asked for a late checkout, and they said sorry. We were disappointed first when we walked in at the floor. We could tell it had not been washed. second there were only two bath towels, no faceclothes and one hand towel, no towel for a floor mat after showering. There was no Shampoo in the container in the shower and last week when I stayed there I had a cute facecloth folded and it held a little bottle of shampoo. Nothing this week. I feel as though the maid did only half her job.
