Heating in building was not yet turned on. We had a sick baby who needed a warm room. We complained to the front desk on our first night about the temperature in the room. There was no resolution. We complained again the second night, and they offered to move us to another room at 11 pm at night, which was not possible as we did not want to disrupt the baby's sleep. We tried to heat the room with a space heater, but as soon as the temperature in the room went above a certain degree, the air conditioner came on. The staff were very rude to us, and did not appear to care about our concerns. We would never go to this hotel again. There were many little ants in the room, all over the kitchenette and the bathroom.
