You get what you pay for... The rooms were clean, in need of updating from the high use of the property. General areas were clean as well, a deep cleaning was needed though... Things a eye of someone who worked in the industry would notice. Overall, satisfied. I would visit the hotel again!

Not a good experience

I was there with my 3 kids for one night, The room was not very clean; there was food in the mini fridge, an old toothbrush in the dresser, hair in the shower… there was so much noise, even though we were on the top floor; kids running and screaming at all hours, going up and down the elevators for fun, we couldn’t enjoy the pool, they wew 15 boys in the pool playing rough and running around (I think it was a hockey team of 12-13 year old). Cops came for an intervention in the evening in one of the rooms. Anyways, it wasn’t a peaceful little vacation.

the place was packed so sometimes you could wait long for elevator it was too dry and too hot (23 celsius in a hotel room is too hot for us in winter, no central air system so no air circulation. (bathroom fan was useless wouldn't even hold a kleenex covering the fan)we could not turn the fan on on the ac in winter so had to open windows to have some air even though it was -20 outside. still had problem getting the temp down even after buying a fan at the store (we were on the 8th floor) poorly insulated against the noise (could ear the other room tv and talking) had trouble parking (because of studded tires are prohibited in parking garage) the lobby was nice, nice carpeting. some weird law that you have to exchange your room key for a pool key at the lobby so when its -20 outside you have to dress up to go get pool key cause lobby gets cold from in and out of customers. then after pool you have to dress up to go get your keycard back to go back to your room to change so yeah kept caughing cause of the dryness and didn't sleep good maybe in the summer its better when you can run the fan and or ac but we will not go back to this hotel never

The pictures on Expedia clearly shows the "family room" has two beds in the main area and another bed in a separate bedroom. The actual room has no separate bedroom and only has two beds and one Murphy bed all in the same area. We booked this room especially for a Valentine trip so of course having two kids in the same room completely ruined it. If I knew the pictures are fake I would have just booked a regular 2 bed room for 1/3 of the price. Room was cold regardless of the thermostat setting, as the whole room was heated only by two small baseboard heaters located near the Murphy bed. Walls are thin so you hear everything in the hallway. Half of the time only one elevator was working so it was a long wait to get back to the room. Overall felt like a cheap 2-stars hotel.

Séjour d’une fin de semaine…quoique le séjour s’est très bien déroulée, l’accueil à mon arrivée laisse un peu à désirer. La personne à l’accueil semblait vouloir faire beaucoup de choses en même temps alors cela a été expéditif. Pas d’informations quant au wifi ou heure du check out. Overall, la chambre était bien et tout de même spacieuse (chambre avec lit king), confortable et propre. On entendait les gens dans le passage mais seulement quand ils étaient en avant de notre porte. Autrement tout était bien.
