Amazing location and great to be able to upgrade our room. However our upgraded room did not have a functional extractor fan in the bathroom which resulted in all our toiletries getting wet in the bathroom and once the bathroom door opened steamed up the whole room. Was not ideal…. Mentioned this at checkout and just got an apology but would have been nicer if the room upgrade charge of $40 was waived.

Was a very cold evening the room was clean and tidy. Check in was slow but the bar staff great. Booked this place due to it having a spa which I tried to book when I made the booking and was told you just book at check in. Arrived at check in to find out the spa was out of order. Very disappointed

All the staff have been absolutely fantastic, especially with all the minor things you don’t think off but makes your stay feel much nicer and easier to relax. From the morning staff at breakfast to the valet parking team to the house keeping. Everyone has been so polite and helpful.

Relaxing Holiday

Fabulous location in Queenstown, close to town central and many attractions. Restaurants and bars within walking distance, plus plenty of shopping. Meals at hotel on high cost side, but plenty of choices around the area with different cuisines. Room on small side and unfortunately my stay, road works right outside my room started 7am each morning.
