Bedroom #2 hardwood with a private sundeck and Bedroom #3 carpet; both are queen size beds with jack and jill baths. 2nd floor has small area with comfy sofa for the early risers. Third floor has spiral staircase leading to large L-shaped loft with middle of L, 1/2 walls looking onto the 1rst and 2nd floors. Loft has (1) queen, daybed(twin) and trundle(twin); seating area and full bath with shower. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and flat-screen tvs. Surround sound in all bedrooms and living/kitchen, and screen porch area.
