Great customer service at check in and check out. I had a 6:30am flight, so I needed to check out in time for the 4:10am shuttle to the airport. Staff suggested I could get a quick breakfast - some of which had already been set up for the day (toast, fruit, yogurt, etc.). The hotel is wonderfully convenient to the airport. The air conditioner was broker. I was heated up in the room and got sick. I asked to change room. There is only one room available for one night. I have to pack again and move to a different room! I’m very disappointed. I paid for a premium room, but i didn’t get what I paid for it. Please see if you can compensate me with future credits.

Is a nice hotel. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Hotel is clean. Restaurant food is great. However, since our room is facing the street and the window cannot close shut, very noisy street and people talking til 2 am. Can’t sleep til 3 pm

This property seems like it is newly built or remodeled. Very nice condition, comfortable bedding, staff was friendly and kind, and it was close to bus stops. Bartender Miguel was fun to talk to and did his job very well. Breakfast is wonderful with fresh pastries, cold meat and cheese, hot items including eggs and bacon, and many other things. Definitely recommend, and would stay here again.

This was an unexpected surprise. A fun, centrally-located hotel that was well-equipped and included an excellent breakfast. In a city as expensive as Reykjavik, this was really helpful. I also broke my default rule against eating in the restaurant in hotels at which I stay, and didn’t regret that a bit as the dinner here was a real treat. Based upon the decor, this hotel was casually fun, which agreed with me!

We liked this hotel and the staff was very friendly/helpful. It's in downtown but a block or two from the 'heart' so a little quieter than another hotel we stayed at. Modern hotel, good breakfast and a few (10) on-site parking spaces, first come/first served. We would stay here again.
