Ok, my rating is purely based on the proximity to the Mayo Clinic. If you are looking for an updated chain hotel with its typical amenites (gym, newer tv) this is not it. It is a place that definitely shows its age. However, it is clean, quiet, has helpful staff, and a better than expected daily breakfast. We chose this one for its access to the subway level to Mayo. It allowed us to get the the clinic without going outside when it was -5 degrees. Good Uber service to anywhere downtown as well.
