Very clean and modern apartment suite, right in the centre of Rome. A 30 minute walk to the Vatican, 45 minutes to the Colluseum, and less than 30 minutes to walk to the Pantheon, followed by the Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps. An easy 10 minute walk to Piazza Navona too. Easy and secure self check in experience, modern and clean room with comfortable beds. Would recommend!

We had a very comfortable stay. The room and bathroom were super clean. Location was excellent. A nice surprise was that the refrigerator bar and snacks were included in the price and refilled everyday. Katerina (the host) was very helpful and answered all our queries on Whatsapp.

This suite is located right on the main shopping street and we got to enjoy the New Years Parade from the balcony! It is a wonderful place to stay, but it is loud in the evenings especially on the weekends. If you are ok with a little noise this was a great place to walk to dinners, walk to all the sites and jump on the metro if needed. We would stay here again.

I'll start by saying that the location of the hotel is very convenient and everything you will want to see is within reasonable walking distance. For many, this will be a very big plus! The hotel/boutique, as other's have mentioned, is located on one of the main roads so expect lots and lots of noise well into the early hours of the morning. This includes people noise, late night drunks and homeless noise, and daily middle of the night trash and cleanup truck noises. The worst part of the hotel, however, as many have mentioned is the bathroom. If you are travelling as a family, and getting a quad or triple accommodation, I'd highly recommend looking at other options. The bathroom is separated by a fogged glass enclosure including the shower, from the rest of the room. Anytime anyone uses the restroom or shower, the light from there transmits into the entire room. Very little privacy as well. Also, note again, no staff on site for most of the time. This is a 6 to 8 room total boutique hotel found nestled within a section of a large building with other apartments and other hotels.

The property is lovely. Beds are very comfortable. My husband loved the coffee and snacks. I gave 4 stars for the property conditions because my adult son’s room shower head didn’t work that well. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time. Very clean, convenient and refreshing to come back to after a busy day. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. The only issue was that the shower door seal needs replacing. Water always went onto the floor unable to drain which made it very wet and slippery. Had to use towels to mop it up. Other than that it was perfect. Don’t hesitate to stay here. Location brilliant. This property was so close to everything. We walked everywhere from the Pantheon, to the Vatican, to the Collesium. The room was clean and perfect for travel with a child. The host was amazing and since this is not your conventional hotel, with a concierge desk when you walk in it's best to keep in contact with the host, with arrival time. Complimentary water, seltzer, beer, and other juices along with breakfast pastries.
