Good
It was what i paid for, had a little trouble checking in due to the language barrier. And i am slightly concerned on if i checked out properly. But aside from that its perfect for a solo traveler on a budget.
Nice cheap room. Small and clean, working shower, lock on door, close to the terminal.

The room is ok for the price
Everything is ok. The location of area is 5 minutes from Termini trains and buses stations in Rome. The room is smaller than expected. Add $3.5 euro per person for each night for City taxes. Add $5 euro for air conditioning per night.
We had to wait for the owner on arrival who wanted cash not cards, he then charged us local tax and air con, breakfast was a coffe and coisant , location is good that's about it . He did not clean room we ha a few bites and was not available even for toilet roll .
When I arrived, the manager walked me to a different building a few blocks away. The accommodation was what I had reserved, but it was off-putting. The walls were very thin, so bring ear plugs, but it was really easy to get to the train station and get to buses, the underground train, and taxis.
I was really impressed by the room & facilities. I booked a single room with shared outside bathroom but was delighted to be given one with one inside and a huge very comfortable bed. Terrific value and highly recommended

Pros:
Short walk to/from Roma Termini
Near restaurants/bars
Owner very friendly
Felt safe walking around neighborhood
Wifi was excellent
Cons:
Towels were rough on the skin
Noisy at night from street traffic
Great for one night stay. Didn't have breakfast due to having to catch an early morning flight.
We were told we'd receive breakfast in the morning but it never came, there were no staff on-site and no contact details provided if we required assistance. The hotel is on the 6th floor of a building, above a backpackers hostel and there is a bar outside which makes for a noisy stay. To get up to the 6th floor with luggage, there is a tiny, rickety old elevator that can fit a maximum of one person and one bag, or two people with no bags. The room itself was fine and a good size but we were charged 5 euro extra per day for air conditioning.
Even though we paid as soon as we arrived this hotel still charged my credit card and refunded it for some strange reason. This left me out of pocket as I was refunded less in £s than I was charged. Beware of this.

Lovely trip to rome
It was clean and tidy. Breakfast was basic but adequate. Manager was friendly and helpful. Only bad thing was the road noise but that is expected in the centre of the termini. You do become accustomed to it though after a night. Excellent location for exploring Rome, especially if you cannot speak Italian, you just ask for the termini and everyone directs you. Air cooling fan was a added bonus, especially on the hot evenings, and it was quiet and free.
It was a good affordable hotel if you want to stay near Rome termini station with affordable price.
If you are a tourist, who will spend most of the time roaming around the city, it is a good choice. Basic facilities for night stay are there

Survival in Rome
We had a hard time getting into the place as no one was around. A note was left on the outer door saying to call this number and someone would stop by. Our cell phone does not work outside the U.S. so we were pretty sell screwed. I begged a passerby to use his cell phone and the manager or owner did come. He wanted as little to do with us as possible and when we asked about using a phone to call a cab he said there was a pay phone in the train station about 4 blocks away that we could use. Our room reminded me of a prison cell without the enhancements. We got by though and our room was close to the train station so that was a plus.

It's ok for the price
Very basic, but it's ok for the price.
Clean room, clean bathroom, the towel was a little worn out. 3 minutes walk from Termini station/metro/buses.
The "breakfast" was a cup of coffee (I did not drink it) and a piece of croissant (not freshly made, but the one you can buy in shops)

Nice view from 6th floor
It's near termini station 3min walk but the hotel addresse was wrong on Expedia I walked again 10min then breakfast was not enough
This is not a hotel, it's a room inside an apartment. We had to arrange a time to meet the owner at the building, where he required full cash payment.
It's the first time on Hotels.com that I have ever had to pay in cash. It wiped out my entire emergency cash fund to pay for the room.
Details on Hotels.com are incorrect. I was told that this place offered a 24-hour front desk. We didn't see a single person for any of the three days after paying. The "full breakfast" was “no breakfast". Upon checkin, the owner said that it is only an Italian-style breakfast of 1 croissant and 1 coffee, which he actually never brought to us throughout our stay.
The towels were dirty. We couldn't get in touch with the owner, so placed them on the floor in the morning to get fresh ones. Someone came in our room that day and hung the towels back up on the hooks (still dirty). My Lion King sheet bed wasn’t made, and the place stunk.
When the circuit breaker flipped in the evening, there was nobody there to turn it back on...fortunately the breaker box was unlocked.
This was an awful experience and it's the worst place I have ever stayed. I expected the street noise to be loud since it was near the train station, but it is NOISY.
The Hotel License hanging in the entryway is also expired. I think the owner pocketed the 40 Euros extra we had to pay.
I should have walked away from this place upon arrival.
