It was a charming room in an older building with character as it has an old time elevator. The manager Daniele was very friendly and helpful. It was in a good location to walk to all of the attraction in Rome including the Vatican which was very close. Overall a great stay!
Great location for Vatican, metro and eateries. Room nice, clean and refreshments replenished. Had a pick-up by taxi arranged by host, but got metro ( very close) and express train back to airport.
If we ever come back, we would use the Vittoria again.
Thanks so much for everything.
Affordable and clean accommodation in a quiet neighborhood of Rome. Away from the chaos of the touristy areas but within close walking distance to the Vatican. The breakfast included is a nice touch. No complaints!
Great location in a nice neighbourhood. 15 minute walk to the Vatican, 15 minute walk to Spanish Steps. Nice Cafe seconds from the main entrance. Plenty of restaurants, Gelato, and shopping in the area.
The hotel was cute boutique style hotel with all the basic amenities. I loved that they provided coffee juice small fridge with yogurt. It was close to local restaurants and public transportation and walking distance to Vatican. The staff met us at a designated time since we were coming from a cruise. Everything was well organized. Great instructions how to enter building. Only negative the walls are thin. You can hear some light conversations. It was not too bad.

It’s a great location, lots of restaurants and shopping nearby, 20 minute walk to the Vatican. It is one room and small bathroom but clean and good set up for continental breakfast. Very accommodating staff and prompt to answer if you have questions or comments thru WhatsApp.

This property was nice but we found it too small. It wasn't very clean. The complementary snacks and breakfast items were good. Staff were very friendly.
Very nice and convenient location. We basically walk to all places in Vaticano and had very close access to metro.
Excellent room and location. Highly recommended!
Residenza Vittoria was very nice hotel. The bed was firm but very comfortable. Danielle was very accommodating and friendly. The walk to St. Peter’s square was ~20 mins. We enjoyed our one night stay.
Our time here was wonderful. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We were close to most of the popular attractions, within walking distance from the Vatican and Colleseum. We also were about a 3 min. walk from the metro station. Really lovely stay!
Great room and location, Daniele was really friendly and quick with responses. Air con in the room worked well. Would recommend for anyone wanting to stay in Rome. It wasn’t too far of a walk into the centre of the city.
This was the perfect spot to explore Rome from; clean, quiet, safe neighborhood, walking distance to everything and just 5 minutes from a Metro stop. The staff was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. The room had truly cold air conditioning which was very necessary after the hot days exploring Rome. The food in the surrounding areas is surprisingly affordable and delicious compared to the rest of Rome.
A couple things that would make it better: Streaming access on the TV, a soap/shampoo holder in the shower, a mattress topper for the bed, small wash clothes, and maybe a converter for the outlet. Other than that it was very nice and Daniele was GREAT!
We lease out a property where we live and thought these suggestions might be helpful.
