Quiet place bed was very comfy and so were the pillows. Breakfast was amazing and the room was so fun :) check in was easy and the neighborhood was quiet. I definitely want to stay there again.

1st off immediately after I booked my room I realized the date was a two days off so I called. NON REFUNDABLE!!! No help was offered so frustrating. Then once we get to our room we turn the tv and put a movie in. The tvs don’t work and there is no remote to control The dvd player so we can never push play to stay the movie. We monkeyed around for a couple hours trying to get it to work and called the front desk all to get suggested what we had already been trying. For the $ price of this room we would have expected everything to be in working order. Entire experience was a buzz kill. Going forward I definitely wouldn’t book through Expedia. It’s scammy and big corporate.

There was trash on the floor, window was open letting a cold draft in, and the toilet didn't work so well. Nonetheless we really enjoyed the room set up.

Extremely poor conditions, the shower head didn't work the wasn't proper flow, the Jacuzzi didn't work the jets didn't work and the water was warm but not hot as it should on a hot tub, the phone in the room didn't work plugged and unplugged to try to reach staff when fire alarm kept going off without a reason, we were so disappointed and it ruined our anniversary we ended up checking out within 24 hrs of checking in to look for a decent room where we could take a hot shower and sleep in better condition this was the most awful experience we have ever had. It's was heart breaking that it was so awful on such a special date. Horrific conditions not worth of the high prices will demand a partial refund because it's not acceptable the lack of basic services on what is supposed to be a suite.

Arrival was a breeze, from the covered secure parking to checking in was maybe 10 minutes. The room was beautifully decorated, but the best of all was the bed! It was as comfortable as any bed we’ve ever slept on. The fresh hand made pizza was delicious, as was the fresh frittata for breakfast. My wife loved the huge deep bathtub! This is definitely somewhere we’ll stay again!
