They need to communicate with the guest on the shuttle, as for some of us is important due to the flight times. I had to wait an extra 30 min to be taken to the airport, I was not told to come down to meet the driver 10 min before. Shuttle schedule needs to be communicated to the guest.

Everything was very pleasant. Even though my room was on the first floor right across from the pool (which got fairly loud), once I was in my room, I could barely hear anything. Room was clean and cozy. Staff was very helpful and nice as well.

So, here’s the honest truth. This place is pretty ok. Doable before a flight. It’s not the greatest part of town. It’s an aging hotel with leak fixes in the ceiling, drippy faucets, dings, dents and chipped paint on the walls. No water in the gym or in the breakfast room during my stay. The bathroom walls have had water issues and are fixed. Like, it’s ok. I wouldn’t choose to stay again personally. I needed a location near the airport with a shuttle. They run one on the top of the hour. But, I wish I had read a review like this when I was choosing a hotel. Just so I knew and could decide on my own. Hope this helps if you see the details in a hotel room like I do. :)

The staff was very friendly, hotel and room were clean. The breakfast was tasty and check in and out was easy. My only complaints are, the pool was cold and the sofa bed was very uncomfortable it needs a memory foam mattress topper or something and needed extra pllows for the sofa bed.
