Beautiful hotel, thoughtful touches like leaving a birthday cupcake, very clean. The only thing to keep in mind is the additional parking charge and the $100 deposit for the duration of your stay (in my case, 4 days, $400). Then you have to wait 7-15 days for the refund. I know it's a $100 deposit for the entire stay, but not $100 per day. If they had told me that, I would have been prepared.

The valet service and baggage handling was proficient and welcoming as was the check-in. The first impressions really count, but that was just the beginning. The room with a riverview balcony was breathtaking. The location on the riverwalk was amazing, just steps away from dozens of dining options and right next to the Alamo.
