The property is very confusing. Trying to find anything from the swimming pool is almost impossible. If it wasn’t for the Awesome staff that works here I would’ve given this the stars but they have the best staff that I’ve dealt with at a hotel. Very nice and friendly and understanding. The rooms are just OK. The swimming pool and the sauna is nice.

Not your standard, cookie cutter room, which I really liked. Bathroom a bit smaller, but fine for us and nice to have a room with character. The historic building is beautiful, the location is great, and everything was walkable and/or near major public transit. Staff was also fabulous! I would definitely stay here again.

Was told front desk had water to purchase so didn’t purchase while out. They did not. All the water machines on all floors OUT OF SERVICE. Only the gym had water. ATM in lobby OUT OF SERVICE. Could do better.
