the place is old when I took shower the water stay in the foot, I reported and they didn’t do anything, the hotel vegetation is over grown and I when to the pool the flies were all over in the pool and the restaurant have a poor menu awful service and food no good experience

Highly recommend this fine establishment!

Everyone here was so wonderful and helpful! The entire staff is there to help you with your needs. Hugo, particularly seemed like he was there 24/7 to help the guests. We also got a ride from the airport to the hotel from Luis. He was great and very helpful. There is one restaurant at the hotel which we didn't love, but there are others that are delicious that were just a walk or Uber away. The hotel was beautiful, the pool was cleaner than clean, and the staff was so friendly. Highly recommend!

We just stayed at this hotel for convenience of price, we were so tired after our travel and it was 7 am, the hotel allowed us to check in that early even though check in time is at 1 and throughout our whole stay they were respectful, nice and kind. The hotel is a little old and outdated but the staff made me feel like I can overlook that and come back for another stay.
