What a great stay!!!! Breakfast is not a continental regular, it’s a full yummy breakfast Staff is the best my flight got delayed they gave me no issues in a late checkout I meant really late 2pm!!!! In fact I asked if my family can leave their car park there until they return and they even acomódate us with parking. I would not only recommend this place I’m staying here next time I visit El Salvador

El hotel esta en excelente ubicación, cerca del estadio El Mágico y la atencióndel staff es muy buena. La comida es muy rica y variada. El área de restaurante y psicina es muy bonita y tranquila. Los cuartos necesitan trabajo. Donde se encuentra las camas y el balcón está bien; pero el baño y cocina son demasiados viejos e incómodos.

This place was in a good location close to Salvador del Mundo in the Escalon district, which includes all major stores and restaurants. It is 20 minutes away from Puerta del Diablo, another great tourist attraction. Upon arrival, I was asked for a passport to confirm identity. Please ensure to have this with you. The hotel itself is similar to a resort with a large pool and restaurant inside the centre of the surrounding suites. The suites themselves were clean, and including air conditioning, a small fridge and kitchen area and a washroom that includes a shower. The room included shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, body lotion, with 2 large towels and 2 smaller towels. My room had 2 standard beds that were comfortable but on the softer side of firmness. The interior design of the rooms are more dated but they are clean and organized. The entire hotel area included internet, that was more spotty inside the actual suite but stronger in the main reviews. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I did not have a vehicle, but there is parking and it was easily accessible for my rides to pick me up. There was breakfast included, which was good but it was sometimes on the colder side because of the heavy winds. A suggestion for the hotel would be to keep the food hotter, but overall it was affordable and worth the stay. I strongly suggest you select this location for your stay. Any negative reviews of this place are likely from disgruntled guests with high expectations or anomalies.

Staff, all around, was very helpful and friendly. The pool was closed the first few days of our stay but we made up for it once it was cleaned. My husband spent a lot of time by the pool reading. More reclining chairs would be nice. The one they had was torn. The garden around the pool area was excellent. Very pretty.
