The driving staff was very helpful. The front desk however did not relay requests very well and we did not have good service. The front desk manager would not let us continue to use the resort facilities after the noon checkout time even though our flight pick up time was 3 hours away unless we paid another 450 pesos each for use of the pool etc my family was still checked in for another 5 days…Our own check in time was later in the evening but they could not show us any hospitality for that other. The dine in restaurants were average but not great. The service we got one night was very poor and several tables next to us also left without completing their meal. The beach bufffet was our best experience of the entire 10 day stay. Would not book there again based on their front desk service and the restaurant service.

Loved our stay, rooms were clean and spacious. Totally walkable down, a little more difficult after dinner going up to the top. Food was not the greatest, and wish dinner reservations were more accessible and more frequent. We didn’t make even one sitting in 10 days. Valentine entertainment was amazing! It was an amazing experience for my first all inclusive experience, the hotel was immaculate and the food was amazing. The pool offered a beautiful ocean view and the bar kept the drinks flowing. The activities always had a fun activity or performance to go to and be apart of. The shuttle service between floors was very prompt and friendly and they were always willing to help with luggage. Definitely going to go back next time my family and I are in beautiful Huatulco.
