Sleeping 8, this retreat has been thoughtfully designed with families in mind and is set-up to be the perfect home-away-from-home.

You're greeted at the front of the home with a covered patio that is just one of the outdoor spots to grab a cup of coffee or afternoon cocktail and relax. As you walk through the front door, the calm neutrals with pops of Floridian charm will welcome you. The large comfy sectional is a great spot to relax with your family. The kitchen and dining area all share this open concept space. There is dining seating for 6 at the table and 2 spots at the kitchen peninsula. There's even an extra table at the front of the home that can be used as additional dining space or the perfect table for a game night!

The kitchen is bright and white and ready for the chef in your group. Whip up some amazing gourmet meals or simply dole out the family's takeout from any of the wonderful nearby restaurants. Pizza? Mexican? Italian? All within walking distance!

Head out to the backyard for even more room to spread out and soak up the Florida sun. There's additional dining space, a covered seating area, and gas grill. Don't forget the outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand before heading in for the evening.

Make your way just down 30A to the beach access and you'll have your toes in the sand within minutes.

The coastal villages of Seaside, Grayton, and WaterColor lie within a mile or two to the West, while Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and WaterSound lie a few miles East. An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
