We are right in the middle of Watercolor, Seaside, Alys Beach, Seacrest, Rosemary Beach, Destin and Panama City!!!! ONLY ONE MILE FROM SEASIDE'S grassy Amphitheater offering a 'Calendar of Events' including concerts, movies and theater performances, open market shopping. WONDERFUL UNIQUE SHOPS IN SEASIDE (go into Ruskin at Seaside). Lots of eateries in SEASIDE including the airstream eateries right on 30A. Drive 15 minutes east to Panama City Beach or 20 minutes west to Destin. Across the street from OUR CONDO you have a lovely boutique, local jewelry design shop, a Salon, a bike rental shop. Seafood Market and a natural food restaurant. One mile to the ever popular 'Bud 'n Alleys', Cafe 30A (IN SEASIDE) (a noted Class A Cuisine) and offers great views! You can't miss the Florida Fish House(dueling piano night is the best). Blue Mabel, The Seagrove Market Cafe, The Shunk Gulley, One of the best seafood markets is just a block away (Goatfeathers) and they will prepare your shrimp for you. There are 6 State Parks . There is a 'bike shop' across the street and there are endless bike paths all along 30A. Publix grocery store less than half mile away (will also prepare seafood for you). Lots of art includes all types of jewelry, painting, furniture, accessories for the home. TRULY SOME OF THE MOST UNIQUE ART MINDS ARE HERE. Every Saturday is the Farmers Market in Seaside and on Sundays there is a Farmers Market in Rosemary Beach. (lots of special finds ie: creams from Africa, homemade candles and soaps, jewelry, jellies, spices, homemade breads and pastries...and SO MUCH MORE! FRESH FRUIT AND VEGETABLES FROM LOCAL FARMERS!!! Antique shops everywhere with some wonderful 'finds'. Double sliding glass doors open to the gulf from your family room and the master bedroom...The sounds of the waves are 'music to your ears'. Truly the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets (FROM YOUR BALCONY) you will ever experience. Sometimes you can see a dolphin show....also right from your balcony. The turquoise water and white sandy beach make sunbathing and sea shelling so much fun. You can fish from the beach or visit the many local lake 'fishing holes'. You won't find nicer golf courses than what you have here. A WONDERFUL grilling area just next to the heated pool with new gas grills and picnic tables. Wireless internet. Beachcrest has a parking lot right in front of the building. There is a bike rack on the parking lot and plenty of carts for easy 'moving in' to the condo. Two elevators and an open entrance provide plenty of room for your arrival with luggage racks to help you get your things to the condo. THIS IS TOTAL NON SMOKING PROPERTY...NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY!
