good quality facility with high standard. toilet bidet not working well.. breakfast quality is excellent with variety. Hotel staff are overall friendly, conceirge are very helpful to help taxi service. the only exception is some front staff are very unpleasant (I think they who it is) and ruin the whole stay impression.. just because speaking good English does not mean poor attitude is accepable with foreigners, or maybe just with Asians?

This is a very nice hotel in a great location, right across the street from Namdaemun market. I thought that it was a bit expensive for what was included. Beautiful hotel though. The coffee shop on the 1st floor was an excellent place to grab something to go on my way out in the morning.

Everything was great, except for the shower water. The water turns hot and cold frequently during your shower, there’s a temperature gauge attached to the shower hose and you can see it happening. It doesn’t happen just once, it fluctuates frequently throughout your shower.

Bad experience with the booking. I have booked and paid for a room for 3 persons but the hotel still charge me for the extra bed. Booked through Expedia. Contact Expedia and the customer service team asked me to talk to Hotel myself. Contact hotel and they told me they must charge due to hotel policy. So being pushing around like a ball. Really bad experience.

Great central place to stay

Our room a king on the 18th floor was excellent Plenty of room, great areas for our large bags, lovely large bathroom. The breakfast was amazing, plenty of choice. The only complaint would be the hot food area was only luke warm at best. We both ordered sirloin steaks in the restaurant, mine was lovely & my wife's luke warm?? we had to swap as my wife likes her meals hot
