Staff was great, made sure I got a room that works for me. Very friendly. Breakfast was GREAT. Lots of options and every option tasted great only critique is the pool. I swam to the deep end and went to stand up and didnt realize the wall came up on the end and hit my feet.

The hotel is run fairly well and pretty clean. Staff was okay on check in. Location is not optimal, unless you are headed to the mall. But, plenty of restaurants and fast food nearby. Overall, pretty average hotel.

Check in there was no one at desk. Sign indicated to dial 0 which I did. Unfortunately the portable phone which I presume is what the absent person should have been carrying, was ringing where I was standing. I tried 4 times. Finally after six minutes she appeared with only her personal phone in her hand. She never acknowledged or apologized. On checkout next morning, Zach at front desk was extremely friendly and accommodating. I got 15 minutes on road and realized I left my wallet in breakfast area. I called and Zach put me on brief hold and returned to say he found it I went back for it and appreciated his quick response
