Overall okay stay. Room was fine, nothing special. I don’t think it really matters what I have to say, the service industry has gone downhill dramatically since Covid, people seem to just get away with doing a half ass job.

Staff was very friendly. We had to go down and ask for sheets for the sleeper sofa twice though. They delivered one sheet and a blanket that had clearly been sprayed heavily with Lysol and was saturated.

Loved the hot tub and breakfast. We had a balcony room and it was great to sit on in the evening. The bed was more firm than we like. Best customer service! We will stay here again when we are back in Hurricane. 💖

Almost no protein for breakfast. The room was clean and staff were great. Did not like the bathroom door - barn style gives limited privacy and doesn't lock. Double shades but curtain did not pull over window and daylight came through the sides of shades. Hot tub was too hot. We reported it but left before it was attended to, so did not get to use it. Felt safe and a few places to eat in the area.

Staff was helpful and personable. Room was clean and quiet (had a room with balcony). Close to restaurants, movie theater, and even hiking trails. Only downside is that breakfast seemed basic: cereal, waffles, yogurt, toast. I would have loved some eggs and sausage / bacon. Overall great stay though.
