Exceptional Hospitality & Attention to Detail

Our stay at the Marriott Hotel & Spa in St. Julian’s was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. One of the standout aspects of our stay was their incredible attention to detail, especially regarding my allergies. The team took extra precautions to ensure my dietary needs were met, always confirming ingredients and offering safe, delicious alternatives. This level of care and thoughtfulness made me feel truly valued as a guest. Their generosity with amenities was also impressive—our room was always stocked with plentiful water bottles, a small but greatly appreciated touch. The M Club snacks were an absolute delight, offering a great selection throughout the day, adding even more comfort to our stay. The room service was prompt and efficient, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, from the bedrooms to the communal areas. Every interaction with the staff was genuine, warm, and incredibly accommodating, reinforcing the top-tier customer service the Marriott is known for. The hotel’s location is perfect, offering easy access to everything St. Julian’s has to offer while still providing a peaceful retreat. The only small note is that while having a separate toilet is a great feature, it would be even better if it included a small sink for convenience. Overall, our experience was flawless, and we will definitely be returning.

The M Club facilities, the gym, the pool, and the spa were all exceptional. Our bedroom was immaculate and spacious, but the best part was the amazing staff, everyone went over and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. Rocco (the guest relations manager) is excellent!! and also the concierge who I can't remember his name but is from Ghana deserves a mention. Thank you for making our short stay a memorable one

Far from a 5 star experience. Staff have clearly no training in hospitality. They are annoyed and unwilling to help with basic requests. At the breakfast buffet every other plate and cup was visibly dirty. Things that should be kept cold for food safety had no signs of cooling. But food safety standards might be a more widespread issue in Malta as I got terrible food poisoning from a restaurant not at the hotel while there.
