Loved the modern updates. My teen daughter especially loved the powered mirrors and USB bedside lamp. I loved that the room was equally luxurious as the Marriott without the same price tag. Don’t let the outside building design fool you, you’re in for a treat. It also appears that additional modernization is underway for the dining spaces. And if it’s anything like the rooms, it will be quality. I’m returning in a month for more Penn State functions and placed my reservations directly with the hotel.

There is no microwave in the room. I do believe there was a little fridge, but definitely not a microwave and the hallway was dirty. I was not even close to a door and I had a lot of things to take in so and there was no breakfast.

Room was very clean. Linens and towels appeared new. Temperature could be adjusted to our preference. A drawer was broken and the remote volume didn’t work. Convenient parking. I think it would help guests identify staff if you wore same color shirts, such as golf shirts. There were workers around such as housekeeping & maintenance & it would be good to identify them as such.

Hotel smelled. Under construction. Cheap. Buy lysol. No one made bed or cleaned room. Smelled so bad they lit a candle at the front desk to try to mask the odor. Cheap, 20 min to penn state, smells.

Outside dirty, messy, unkept. Cheap fixtures. No coffee pot or microwave in room. Beds very good and comfortable, Room was clean, No hot breakfast available except for high carbs foods (waffles). No beverage offerings even if coin operated machine.

Rooms are beautifully remodeled and modern, comfortable beds, and soaps and products in the bathroom. Staff was very nice and helpful, always smiling and friendly with our baby girl. Great place to stay!
