Trotz der angeblichen offenen Rezeption, war niemand dort und nur eine Telefonnummer an der Tür. Ich hatte kein Telefon und musste 1 h warten bis ein anderer Gast uns aufmachte. Die Dame am Empfang war extrem unfreundlich und sie gab einem keine Auskunft über nichts. Zum Glück war dann an den anderen 2 Tagen eine freundliche Person anwesend. Wir hatten weder WC-Papier noch ein sauberes Zimmer. Dafür mit Schimmel und bei den Luken regnete es rein. Die ganzen Tapeten waren feucht, was sich auch aufs Kopfkissen übertrug. Das Schlosss der Zimmertür war verklemmt und wir mussten warten bis uns endlich jemand befreite.
