The Ac in the room was making noise they sent technician come to fix in 2 minutes after I called. Building is well maintained and staff are friendly and helpful. I booked this specifically for the pool but we didn't get a chance to use it. Be advised that swim caps are required - I wish it was listed so I could prepare them for trip.
