No excuse for a “budget hotel”

As a frequent traveler, I’ve stayed in a variety of accommodations, from hostels and capsule hotels to budget and luxury hotels. I understand that this is a budget hotel; however, it fell short of basic expectations. My room had a musty odor and could have been cleaner. The breakfast offerings were disappointing. The WiFi didn’t work the first night—I called the front desk, was placed on hold, and had to hang up after 10 minutes. The second night, I had to call multiple times before someone answered. I was simply requesting toilet paper, which I was told would be delivered in a few minutes. After waiting 20 minutes and calling again, I was finally told to retrieve it from the front desk. I wasn’t expecting luxury, but this stay was disappointing.

Have stayed here many times. Wont be back. The room was filthy. The bathtub was very dirty. The floors were sticky throughout the room. The shower know was not connected and would just slip off during use. The toilet seat was broken and the toilet was disgustingly dirty. There is no reason for a room to left in this condition- again I won’t be back.

You get what you pay for.

The hotel was in a convenient location. The only complaint I really have is that I was told upon checkin that housekeeping had to come in every 3 days, but they never came in unless we went to ask. They only leave two towels and two washcloths for 2 people in the room. If they are only going to come in every 3 days, then give me 3 days worth of towels for 2 people.

I checked In and immediately canceled my reservation and asked for a refund. The room was DIRTY. There was food in the floor the bed sheets were stained. Honestly the WORST hotel. If you are traveling with children just get another hotel the whole place smells like smoke everyone there were either smoking cigarettes and the other stuff , drinking. Not the place to stay with family or in general. However the person who helped me get my refund was very nice. But don’t get fooled by the reviews like I did, this place is 1 star ( 1only because the guys in the iPad that help are really nice
